While in the 3rd RoboCop/Batman film Rambo fights alongside the Dark Knight and the future of law enforcement, in this 2nd film he is seen as a menace loose in Delta and Gotham cities that must be stopped. As the film transpires, we find that Rambo is tracking down the Scarecrow (Alan Rickman), who killed the woman he loved.
